Our Brand New Unit

New Wave Custom Conversions has just invested in a brand new work shop just minutes away from J34 of the M4 Motorway. Consisting of over 3500 square foot of floor space, a modern comfortable waiting room with tea and coffee facilities, WC and a 32" plasma TV. There is also easy disabled access.

The work shop is split into four sections: preparation and cutting work, carpentry, cabinet routing and building and upholstery. You will get to see your VW T5 undergoing its transformation at different stages and you’ll get to see the quality of the craftsmanship throughout its build.

We have a 3500 square foot modern workshop complete with waiting room, W/C Facilities, office. All our work is carried out in-house such as upholstery, paint and body work, welding fabrication, carpentry and electrics. We only work using the leading tooling brands e.g. FESTOOL and Snap-on

We offer discounts on all genuine VW accessories as we work very closely with the VW dealership.

Once your VW T5 camper begins its conversion process, we work closely with you as the customer and you are more than welcome to arrange visits to see your van as it under goes the stages of its VW T5 conversion.

We only use genuine VW parts and accessories e.g. lowering kits, alloys, spoilers, bike racks, slide windows, sport line upgrades.

We specialise in the conversion of a VW T5 Transporter, New Wave only convert VW T5’s so we know every detail of this van and can guarantee you peace of mind and the quality you deserve throughout the build.

Our designs and layouts have been developed over a number of years giving you the most usability from your van.
