Introducing the all-new ID BUZZ “all electric” From day one, we embarked on an exciting journey to create this remarkable conversion without relying on chassis-specific parts. Every aspect of the build was carefully crafted using familiar products that we knew we could modify to suit the BUZZ chassis.

One of our primary goals was to maximize the interior space of this compact van. To achieve this, we combined slimline furniture with the Thetford Duel induction hob, powered by the Clayton lithium power pack. This power pack can be topped up via solar energy, hook up, or even while driving.

When it came to the fridge, we couldn’t find anything on the market that met our requirements. We took matters into our own hands and created a custom-built solution. Using a high-end Thetford fridge compressor and a custom-made stainless steel fridge box wrapped in insulation, we installed it neatly underneath the Corian counter surfaces.

To ensure optimal comfort and versatility, we equipped the ID BUZ with an 860CM RIB seat, featuring a super low base frame and lateral and front-to-back slide action. This not only provides a safe traveling experience for two people but also transforms into a complete flat surface sleeping platform.

The attention to detail extends to the interior design as well. The entire van has been finished in luxurious Vegan leather, which not only looks smart but also feels supple. Complementing the leather, we opted for BOLON flooring, Corian work surfaces, lightweight furniture, and privacy glass from Transporter HQ.

With a tight deadline of 12 weeks, we poured our hearts and souls into creating this masterpiece from scratch. The ID BUZ made its debut at the London all-electric show, where it was sold in under two hours! The overwhelming response has led to future orders, and we are thrilled to continue evolving this conversion to a whole new level over the coming year.
