NWCC are pleased to offer for sale our VW Crafter Extra High bed kits (MWB), available for 2016+ models

Following from the success of our other kits that have been tested by several clients of ours, with great feedback we felt it was time to launch this product to the DIY sector. Like our other kits, we offer this product with options, simply purchase the brackets as a simple 6 piece kit with fixings or take advantage of the Aluminium profiles and CNC light weight vented bed boards.

Metal floor to the top of the bed board measures approx 1075mm
From the top of the louvre of a bare floor, the clearance to the  underside of the frame work will measure approx. 1000mm.

Bed boards and brackets will be packaged and posted direct from us. KJN framework will be sent direct from KJN. Please note this can have a lead time of 10-14 days. 

On install we recommend snapping these small lugs off, they are designed to brake of very easily so will only need small pressure to enable them to snap off very clean. You can also use a small grinder if preferred but we personally use the method displayed in the images.

To order,  Select the 6 piece MWB Extra High Bracket Kit (shown in red). These are laser cut and finished in a textured black powder coat

Then optionally choose:

MWB Extra High KJN 60x30mm Aluminium Bed Frame complete with fixings (this kit is designed for sleeping across the vehicle and will provide a sleeping platform that measures approx W1818mm x L1510mm) with our bed boards

And finally, optionally our Extra High Vented Bed Boards (manufactured from 15mm Buffalo board) supplied in 4 sections.
