Introducing the T5/6/6.1 Caravelle Floor Solution! This meticulously crafted floor is the result of years of development and countless repetitions. Designed by NWCC, this CNC machined floor is perfectly cut to millimetre precision, making it a breeze to install.

Whether you have a twin slide door model or a single slide door UK model, we have the right solution for you. The floor will be delivered fully assembled and insulated with the DOOD closed cell foam. You can choose between a 9mm or 12mm spacer to the bottom, depending on your preferences. The 9mm spacers are ideal for a carpet floor option, while the 12mm spacers work perfectly with an Altro 2.8mm option.

To ensure a lightweight conversion, the floor is manufactured using a 12mm lightweight ply. We understand the importance of saving those extra kilograms when converting a vehicle.

Please note that this product is available for collection only due to its size. If you plan to collect it in the van it will be installed in, please remove slide door steps, lower B pillars, passenger seat, and base.
