Kit Options

We offer the following options, you can order each of them individually.

• Basic bracket kit with fixings
• Aluminum profiles
• Lightweight CNC-cut vented bed platforms

Dimensions (for 4×4 chassis floor pan)

• Top of metal floor louvre to top of bed board: approx. 943mm with 15mm bed board
• Top of metal floor louvre to underside of KJN profile: approx. 868mm
• Clearance from finished floor to underside of framework: approx. 856mm (with 12mm floor installed)

Dimensions (for 2WD chassis floor pan)

• Top of metal floor louvre to top of bed board: approx. 1018 mm with 15mm bed board
• Top of metal floor louvre to underside of KJN profile: approx. 943 mm
• Clearance from finished floor to underside of framework: approx. 931 (with 12mm floor installed)

Shipping

• Brackets and bed boards shipped directly from NWCC
• Aluminum framework is sent directly from our suppliers

Mattress Support

• We can recommend specialist mattress manufacturers
• DXF file available for your chosen mattress company

On install we recommend snapping these small lugs off, they are designed to brake of very easily so will only need small pressure to enable them to snap off very clean. You can also use a small grinder if preferred but we personally use the method displayed in the images.

Ordering Instructions

Select the 6 piece MWB Bracket Kit (shown in red). These are laser cut and finished in a textured black powder coat.

Then optionally choose:

MWB KJN 60x30mm Aluminium Bed Frame complete with fixings (this kit is designed for sleeping across the vehicle and will provide a sleeping platform that measures approx W1818mm x L1490mm) with our bed boards

And finally, optionally choose our MWB Vented Bed Boards (manufactured from Buffalo board). * Bed boards supplied in 4 sections, 2 are shown in the CAD images above.
