NWCC are pleased to offer for sale the VW Crafter bed kits, available for 2016+ Crafter for a LWB

This kit has been designed and tested by several clients of ours, with great feedback we felt it was time to launch this product to the DIY sector. We want to offer this product with options, simply purchase the brackets as a simple 6 piece kit with fixings or take advantage of the Aluminium profiles and CNC light weight vented bed platforms made from Hexa Ply board.

We can recommend specialist companies to manufacture the desired mattress and even supply a DXF file for you to send to the chosen mattress company.

Please note this is a simple install but you will need access to a rivnut tool to insert 8mm rivnuts into the body work.

Metal floor to the top of the bed board measures 1065mm
If a 12mm floor is installed in the vehicle the clearance from the finished floor to the  underside of the framework will measure approx. 981mm.

Bed boards and brackets will be packaged and posted direct from us. KJN framework will be sent direct from KJN. Please note this can have a lead time of 10-14 days. 

For either across and down sleeping orientation, select the 6 piece LWB Bracket Kit (shown in red). These are laser cut and finished in a textured black powder coat.

On install we recommend snapping these small lugs off, they are designed to brake of very easily so will only need small pressure to enable them to snap off very clean. You can also use a small grinder if preferred but we personally use the method displayed in the images.

Then optionally choose either:

A) LWB KJN 60x30mm Aluminium Bed Frame complete with fixings (this kit is designed for sleeping across the vehicle and will provide a sleeping platform that measures W1818mm x L1510mm) with our bed boards

B) LWB KJN 60x30mm Aluminium Bed Frame complete with fixings (this kit is designed for sleeping down the vehicle and will provide a sleeping platform that measures W1818mm x L1952mm) with our bed boards

And finally, optionally our LWB Vented Bed Boards (manufactured from 12mm Buffalo board) supplied in 4 sections.
