It is with great joy that team NWCC can finally showcase the first conversion to a VW T6 for Coast2Country Campers. When Gordon took the time to fly down form Scotland to NWCC in 2017 to discuss his business venture we were thrilled to become apart of his dream.

This project didn’t get off to a great start when the base vehicle arrived into stock at the clients chosen dealership with the incorrect specification to what was ordered. Facing a few weeks of delays sourcing another vehicle it gave NWCC the opportunity for maximum preparation; With all leather upholstery cut, cabinetry built and exterior colour coding completed the build was finished within 10 working days.

For 2018 and onwards, NWCC have made the decision to step away from SCA and have invested the time into altering our conversions to suit the Reimo VTEC Elevating Roof. With over 35 years of research and development Reimo elevating roofs are the highest quality elevating roofs currently available. This vehicle now perfectly showcases the superior VTEC roof with open sky canvas and the benefits it gives to an interior conversion.

Coast2Country Campers is a dream made into reality, now offering camping throughout Scotland within an NWCC converted T6. The conversion of choice our practical Traditional Lux Conversion with plenty of upgrades and extras to make the experience enjoyable and most certainly memorable.

The rainbow cotton thread used throughout the first and second row seating, is also continued within the steering wheel and gear gaiter. A more popular stitch since used in NWCC’s demo van last year it gives the vehicle a quirky and magical feel to excite you ahead of any journey.

With the need to offer and attract poteinal campers, all aspects of this conversion specification needed to be carefully considered. Wanting luxury with leather upholstery, needing practicality with the Reimo elevating roof, to styling the vehicle with Sportline and BBS exterior accessories.

For the rental market, the removal Thule Omnistor 4900 with its new design and oval support legs. Plus, with its new function that when dropped vertically the support legs reduce the risk of damaging the vehicle.

Not knowing where any potential Coast2Country Campers’ will want to pitch up the 150w solar panel upgrade ensures that if need be they can stay away from the commercial campsites and enjoy their own little peace of tranquility.

Perfect to upgrade to any build; This conversion boasts the Bullfinch external connection points with a cold water shower point and BBQ LPG Gas connection point, both ensuing any camper has all they need when exploring the great outdoors.
