A Build for the Ages!**

At NewWave Custom Conversions, we’re all about pushing boundaries, and our latest project is no exception! Dive into the transformation of a T6.1 Kombi into an extraordinary Caravelle, tailored for our premier client, Swiss Vans, and set to make waves in 2024.

This journey began with a stock Kombi, which we elevated with stylish Leighton Vans exterior upgrades, kicking off an incredible transformation. Our NWCC team wasted no time stripping down the interior, removing the existing seats and OEM fibre board panels to make way for something spectacular.

Next up, we tackled road noise with our three-stage sound absorption system. Starting with a 2mm Pro Sound Mat, we layered on a 7mm Pro Thermo Mat, and topped it off with a 50mm Pro Fleece – ensuring a serene ride for all passengers.

We then transitioned to the lining stage, using the finest Trunkliner from AS Trim to create a seamless, one-piece look, eliminating any exposed metal in the cargo area. Our CNC machines brought the design to life, crafting ribbed ceiling perimeter details and custom sidewall panels that truly stand out.

Flexibility is key, and we’ve engineered this build to allow for adjustable seating configurations. Passengers can slide the seats forward and backward, maximizing both comfort and load space.

The finishing touch? 6 stunning Caravelle single seats upholstered in luxurious leather, featuring an Audi hex design at the centre, complete with precision perforations for that extra flair. We raised the floor to perfectly accommodate the Caravelle’s front-to-back floor rails, topped with a plush deep pile runner carpet that exudes a VIP travel experience.

But we didn’t stop there! This build is packed with cutting-edge electrical upgrades, including USB-C power points, flip down TV/DVD a 230V inverter, halo mood lighting, spotlights, and robust 12V sockets, all designed to enhance passenger comfort and style.
