We are thrilled to share our latest collaboration with Custom Vans, a leading name in the van industry for over 15 years. Known for supplying a significant number of GTS spec transporters, Custom Vans approached us to create a practical and innovative interior designed for two adventurous go-getters. Our goal was to maximize space for sleeping, storage, and recreational equipment, including sporting gear, mountain bikes, and climbing equipment.

Transforming creative ideas into a functional product is always a challenge, but our enthusiasm for this project fuelled our efforts. We tackled the task of designing an interior that offers functionality, versatility, and longevity.

The MWB MAN TGE 2WD was outfitted with an impressive array of features. Among them is an 80L Dometic fridge/freezer from the new NRX Range, Diesel heating for those chilly winter adventures, a CAN oven grill, a CAN hob, a spacious washing up sink, an external shower point, and a generous 90L fresh water capacity. Powering all these amenities is a robust lithium management system from the renowned German brand Voltronic.

Every detail of this build was crafted to meet specific requirements. From the Perfect Sense range HPL laminate and Bolon flooring to the Corian worktops and Alcantara ceiling panels, we spared no effort in ensuring quality. The interior boasts Nappa leather soft-touch panels, luxurious front swivel seats with sport foam, and exquisite details such as embossed ceiling panels and custom-trimmed plastics.

The bespoke padded blinds and a comfortable 120mm mattress add to the overall experience, while the hidden Thetford 335 toilet ensures convenience without compromising space. Thoughtfully placed lighting at various ceiling and floor levels creates the perfect ambiance for any trip.

Additional features include the Mule rear spare wheel carrier, an off-road wheel and tyre package, custom body graphics, Bulli branding, and tinted lights. The list of enhancements is extensive, and the more you explore, the more details you will discover.

We are excited to announce that there’s still much more to come from this build, including a bespoke roof rack, roof-mounted lights, side bars, and solar power. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to enhance this remarkable vehicle.
