Another Build to leave the workshop and another lovely write up from our Client.

I spend a lot of time in the Scottish mountains and have always dreamed of owning a camper van. Having spent a few months researching the possibilities for converting a VW Kombi I visited New Wave for a consultation to discuss what I was looking for. The emphasis was on a comfortable, warm, natural and stylish interior to welcome me home after a day on the hills.
I opted for the traditional Lux conversion but with a few differences unique to my build. A Karndean wood floor and Tasman hob/grill combination were two of the items I really wanted in my camper and the team at New Wave were more than happy to work these into the design.

I had more questions than ideas going in to the consultation with Mike but left completely satisfied that together we had designed the ideal vehicle for me. Linzi kept me updated regularly with photos as my conversion progressed and my VW was ready for collection earlier than expected which was a real bonus! Huge thanks to the professionalism of the whole team at New Wave Custom Conversions. Having met everyone on collecting my new vehicle it was very obvious that Mike and Linzi have gathered around them a team of skilled craftsmen who were all equally as passionate about my project as I was myself, can’t thank you all enough. Now to head for those mountains…”
