A huge £100k project for the NWCC team, starting life as a 199 DSG 4Motion in pure grey straight from dealer quickly became a huge investment of time and money, using market leading parts.

Mr G….. set his eyes upon the NWCC team during lock down making the tough decision that we were going to be the firm that delivered his dream vehicle to him and his family of 5. What already is a compact camper for two, had to become even more compact and versatile to carry two adults and 3 children on their adventures.

Mr G worked with Mike for several months before the van arrived into the UK making the tough decisions on textiles, colours, options and paint schemes. Huge investment was made by both parties to ensure the team could deliver exactly what Mr G had envisioned for all these years.

Let’s start externally with the very larey ABT SportsLine body kit from front to back and side to side dripping in ABTs amazing design and build quality, made in no way to be subtle on the road but pass through any traffic with heads turning for whatever reason, love or hate.

There is no denying ABT have it down to perfection with every single component shaped perfectly to meet the VW body lines allowing the NWCC team to fit a product they are proud to stand behind and deliver to the client.

Mr G originally wanted to interstate a bright green detail into the body lines but was quickly convinced by Mike to try something a little different and use the 5 stage Pearl liquid yellow from the Renault brand.

A few more external extras were added not for appearance this time but for practicality for those family get aways.  Thule Ominstor awning, Thule wing bars, Reimo Active Rails, 180W of solar, external shower point and privacy glass.

Now for the interior, we all know the NWCC Verso is fully equipped with far more market leading products than most converted standard spec sheet, with lithium, Voltronic, VW seating and leather as standard there wasn’t much more room for upgrades except for the Webasto Diesel heating allowing the family to use this vehicle all year round, creating a comfortable  feel internally whatever the temperature outside.

Mr G also wanted the ABT theme to flow inside, embossing the ABT brand into the leather seating and engraving the Alcantara inlays for a ghosting effect, tipped with a detailed yellow top stitch to all seating, steering wheel and gear gaiter really compliments the brave liquid Yellow cockpit finished in a soft touch satin finish to deliver an impact of colour without the gloss glare some shinny dash parts can create.

To achieve the look, stants and road presence this huge investment deserves we opted for the Koni and EiBach coil overs suspension combination allowing Mr G that adjustments vehicle like this needs to perform.

Again, the ABT brand was a must for the wheels wrapped in Pirelli 275/40/20 tyres for that extra comfort and rim protection.

A huge investment for the NWCC team with this vehicle being in build for 8 weeks allowing time for not only the interior to be created but the external paint works to be delivered exactly how the client requested at a level of finish the team are proud to stand behind.
