Jon a local Gentleman first got in contact with NWCC back In April, An extreme sport enthusiast, Jon wanted a versatile vehicle to comply with his versatile life, of sporting i.e.  Mountain Biking, Surfing, Skateboarding the list goes on and on.

Booking on to our build schedule,Jon had ordered a brand new factory order special Edition VW T6 Loaded with factory extras, and brought it to team NWCC to improve on an already fully loaded vehicle.

Jon opted for some market leading products fitted every day at the NWCC workshops including Bilstein B14 coil-overs, Improving that ride and stance, sensible 18″ alloy wheel and tyre package, Audison front and rear speakers upgrades powered by the 4.9 Digital processing amplifier, which allow complete tuning capabilities via very clever software.

The usual flare was added to the interior, first point of call as always is to kill that road noise and hollow echo buy using 5 different products in selected area of the vehicles body. Removing the standard Simora VW High line cloth fabric and upgrading to the very plush Nappa Black leather and Alcantara combo, combined with electric blue top stitch to inject a little colour and show off NWCC Trims shops amazing attention to detail.

Although this being a brand new vehicle, Still a huge amount of work needed to be done off production line, Jon’s vehicle underwent 2 stage paint correction and GTECHNIQ ceramic coating Internally and Externally. I think you will all agree the vehicle is looking amazing.
