NWCC’s first Bi-Turbo Edition Camper conversion.

The Clark family along with close friends & business partners the Kerslake’s have invested into this Family adventure vehicle. Having ordered their brand new VW T5 (LWB) early 2015, this arrived ahead of the planned conversion September 2015. Having a few months to discuss their ideal specification and plenty of guidance from team NWCC the end result is the biggest build completed by the team.

These families were looking to stand out from the other Transporters on the road, meaning that the BI-TURBO Edition exterior styling was perfect for them. Opting for the full range of upgrade performance parts enabling more power & bigger stopping capabilities with the installation of various FORGE Motorsport’s performance parts.

The vehicle has had a new lease of life with an EIBACH 50mm Suspension upgrade, ensuring maximum handling, braking and performance whilst still maintaining a comfortable but sporty ride. To Benefit from lower fuel consumption and still get better performance an ECU remap has been completed. The engine tuning of a VW Commercial diesel engine will change your driving experience; Responding well to an ECU upgrade maximising overtaking opportunities, minimising gear changes, and increasing the engines flexibility and operating range.

Internally this build is a perfect example of a luxurious & classic Traditional Lux build. From recent builds you can see that with our design software and CNC capabilities now on site there is no stopping us; We are keen to create matching worktop accessories and shelf up stands to coincide with the solid surface worktops. With more & more builds incorporating an under chassis gas tank and storage of a gas bottle not required internally this allows for the side loading cabinetry behind the drivers seat, allowing even more of a versatile seating arrangement.

To completely maximise every inch of storage space within this converted vehicle the water tank, gas tank & leisure batteries have all been housed under chassis. To ensure that your never left high & dry there are neat indication monitors located within the vehicle.
