Sometimes a production-line interior doesn’t give you as the enduser the aesthetically pleasing appearance that you require. This isn’t always an issue, it can be changed and you can achieve the look you want.

When the Farr’s took delivery of their VWT6 Highline Kombi (SWB), it didn’t give them exactly what they wanted. They wanted to have a more luxurious interior, more car like than a van. The two-tone colouring of the internal plastics wasn’t appealing and this was completely altered by incorporating a VW Caravelle front dash lower exchange, Gloss black detailing throughout the upper dash and VWT6 Caravelle door cards. To delete any trace of the original VW two-tone colouring the remaining grey plastics were satin black colour coded to coincide with the interior theme.

The interior of the vehicle has been completely transformed with not only a full NWCC interior lining conversion, Alcanatara detailing has been completed throughout the headlining, A & B pillars as well as the sun visors. The custom upholstery upgrade ties in a vibrant blue cotton stitch to brighten the finish, this is also incorporated within the gear gaiter and steering wheel. A custom bulkhead divides the front and rear cargo area for ease of storage and aids with comfort.

This vehicle now offers another level of audio performance, with Focal K2 ES165 KX3 front speakers mids & tweeters, neatly housed within custom moulded A pillars, the Focal Expert Sub P25 DB Subwoofer, a Focal Performance FPX4.800 Amplifier and Focal Expert PC100 rear speakers; All controllable via the brand new Kenwood DNX 516 DAB S – Multimedia System.

Externally the appearance boasts class with the addition of genuine VW T6 Sportline accessories, all colour coded to suit the vehicle. A VWT6 Sportline (Tailgate) rear spoiler, VWT6 Sportline front spoiler ‘Bottom Bib’ and VWT6 Angled Side Bars (SWB) – Stainless-Steel. The appearance has additionally been enhanced with Gloss Black Colour-Coding to the Wing Mirror Mounts / Surround Bezels / Lower Caps, a VWT6 Caravelle Front Grill and VW T6 Indicator Side Repeaters.

As per client preference the vehicle sits on the 50mm Eibach suspension with TSW Chicane Black Polished Alloy Wheels – 20″ 8.5J (Fronts) & TSW Chicane Black Polished Alloy Wheels – 20″ 10J (Rears).
