What started out as a few upgrades to enable additional seating and slight comfort, quickly spiralled into a complete overhaul of the original base vehicle. Purchasing an ex RAC base vehicle, the van arrived at NWCC is great need of some TLC.

The exterior of the vehicle has had a complete transformation, with NWCC purchasing in Highline smooth de-textured front and rear bumpers as well are mirror caps and D-Pillar trims, which were all colour coded in the vibrant orange exterior colouring. To further enhance the exterior a Caravelle top grill and fog light surrounds complete this ‘STAGE 1’ exterior conversion.

Hours of valeting throughout the conversion process and final detailing in house at NWCC have aided in the final and finished appearance.

With almost a brand new exterior, the interior of this vehicle has benefited from NWCC’s Kombi conversion and an upholstery upgrade to the brand new VW T6 Simora fabric. Throughout the interior slight upgrades have been made to bring the tired van up to date; Replacement dark anthracite seat plastics to coincide with the Simora fabric, a combination of dashboard plastics have been replaced due to missing parts and damage, the dash is also now incorporating the VW RCD 310 Radio/MP3 Compatible CD player Head-unit.

What a difference 10 days can make.
