When the Lewis’ first visited NWCC they knew exactly what they wanted and were keen to view the overall finish of an NWCC lining conversion. Having heavily invested in their ideal base vehicle, the Lewis’ wanted us to kill the road noise and sound deaden their van making it a far more pleasant every day drive.

With Skinz automotive sound deadening (70% Strip Coverage) to the vehicle side walls, doors and throughout the headlining, this will make a huge impact killing that road noise, further combined with a thermal acoustic insulation providing thermal comfort, this product also has some noise reduction properties from the foam layer. Meanwhile, the reflective surface reflects heat back into the insulated space, keeping the vehicle warm.

This was a simple yet affective build for the team, with no additional lighting required within the headlining the slatted OEM brushed fabric headliner runs throughout the rear meeting flush with the front cab at the B Pillar.

To add some additional quirkiness the team have added some detail within the rear panels, simple yet affective.
