Having had the opportunity to get a feel for the ‘Transporter Lifestyle’, The Mahoney’s wanted to gain a little more out of their experiences without having huge cost implications. With a need to use the vehicle for not only leisure purposes but as an every day family car team NWCC needed to design something to best accomodate the Mahoney’s’ requirements.

Keen sports enthusiasts, the vehicle is used all year round by the family, as well as the family members of the furry four legged kind. Often when cliental require sleeping facilities within their vehicle, we guide them to the Caravelle interior set-up or introduce them to the RIB Seat/Bed systems. The Mahoney’s wanted something more simplistic and less costly; Team NWCC took to designing a custom ‘HPL’ Storage box with rear bed extension. Due to the family dogs sleeping on the kombi seating when needed the bed extension has been designed not to incorporate the rear of the Kombi seat as some other systems on the market do today.

A versatile sleeping platform, with accessible storage even whilst in the bed position. This HPL, water proof & hard wearing extension can be constructed in a matter of minuets. Including removable bed slats supplied is a custom carry bag for ease of storage and foldable mattress topper.
