This vehicle arrived into NWCC as a LWB panel van complete with bulkhead, The Quinn’s had booked in several months prior to transform this vehicle from a ex works panel van to a family vehicle, Which still offers space and functionality for the times when it does have to be used for work.

The first stage of this build was to remove the bulkhead sub-straints which VW kindly weld into position for us🙈, Then on to preparation for the windows. With all NWCC lining conversions our first stages are the most important where these vehicles under go the full sound kill options applying different products in different areas of the vehicle to help improve and achieve that silent travel.

The Quinn’s opted for the Alcantara cab to rear headliner, Creating that luxurious feel for not only the driver but the rear passengers also, Combined with some crisp white LED down lighters this creates a feel of quality and luxury to the interior.
The VW Kombi comes standard with the rubber load mat, but the Quinn’s opted for a colour co ordinated Altro not only providing a none slip load compartment but some contrasting colour to match the exterior of the vehicle.

NWCC is lucky enough to have endless supply of Kombi seating variants so a Samora 2+1 set up was chosen for this vehicle to tie in with the fronts achieving that factory look team NWCC aims to deliver with every build, This was quite a transformation in the 5 working days it was at the NWCC workshop and the Quinn’s were delighted to pick up there very clean and simple Kombi conversion.
