… With the Motor-Leisure industry becoming more and more popular, to accommodate NWCC are expanding and we are now looking for another highly enthusiastic person to join our team, within this forever evolving company. Based in Pontyclun (South Wales) the NWCC workshop boasts its cleanly professional environment, accommodating conversion works on brand new Volkswagen chassis’; We pride ourselves on our finished products along with our before and after sales.

This exciting opportunity is for a permanent position within a young and enthusiastic company. The available position offers variety within the workplace; As this is not a production line job, on the job training will be required for this specialist role. The successful candidate will need to be confident and enthusiastic, working within this busy, and fast paced industry. A vast amount of common sense, drive and motivation is critical for this role.

The ability to work with your hands is essential along with having a keen eye for detail; This is needed to assess and problem solve within the workshop environment, working in a methodical manner. The successful candidate will complete a variety of tasks to assist with the daily running of the workshop from signing vehicles in & out of the workshop, carpentry, upholstery, 12v electrics, stripping & preparing vehicles for conversions procedures, mechanical works, and much more. Professionalism is paramount for this role, we are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and has the ability to work unsupervised in the workshop environment, using their own initiative. Someone with a genuine interest within the automotive industry would be beneficial, and experience of working in this sector is not necessarily needed.

The Salary is pending experience; The successful candidate will be subject to a minimum 42.5 hour contract and will be provided with NWCC branded workwear.

This position is available for immediate start – A full UK Driving licence is required.
